Therefore 3 weeks after the vehicle is delivered
to the customer, our customer service team would
contact the owner to make appointment for new
car free inspection. And after each visit, our
customer service team would contact each
customer to understand their satisfactions.
Customers may also do our customer satisfaction
survey through email to express comments so that
we can enhance our service standard and bring
the joy of driving to each
