Sime Darby Motor Services Limited always strives for service excellence to each customer. It is believed that to achieve total customer satisfaction is the key for its success. With our well equipped facilities and comprehensive services, from the moment that each customer receives the new vehicle, we are ready to give them a warm welcome.

We understand the need of each new vehicle owner and it is our responsibility to ensure each customer is satisfied with the new vehicle and understands how each function works. Therefore 3 weeks after the vehicle is delivered to the customer, our customer service team would contact the owner to make appointment for new car free inspection. And after each visit, our customer service team would contact each customer to understand their satisfactions. Customers may also do our customer satisfaction survey through email to express comments so that we can enhance our service standard and bring the joy of driving to each customer.
