SDMSL was established from the amalgamation of the after sales department of Wallace Harper & Company Limited and Universal Cars Limited which started its businesses in Hong Kong since 1922 and 1968 respectively. SDMSL is the sole after sales agent for Huanghai Bus, Mitsubishi, Peugeot and Suzuki vehicles in Hong Kong. Apart from those franchised brands, SDMSL also provides excellent and reliable services for all other brands.
SDMSL owns and operates 7 fully equipped service centres in Aberdeen, Chai Wan, Kwai Chung, Shatin, Tokwawan, Yuen Long (Ind. Estate) and Yuen Long (Fairview Park), in order to convenient customers in different regions. Aberdeen, Chai Wan, Kwai Chung, Shatin, Tokwawan and Yuen Long (Ind. Estate) service centres are also equipped with Transport's Department Designated Car Testing Centre to enhance one-stop quality after sales service.

Our comprehensive quality management system enables us to continuously enhance our aftersales service standard. Since 1999, we have already achieved the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate which we were the first motor service company in Hong Kong to have this achievement. Moreover, we have implemented the ISO 9001 and Occupational Health & Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS 18001) since the end of year 2001 and successfully accredited both Management Systems by the middle of year 2002.
With its solid experience and continuous improvement, SDMSL took another step forward in 2007 and achieved the Integrated Management System Certificate, which comprising the accreditation of the ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 as well as ISO 14001 Environmental Management System that allowed the organization to become more efficient and integrated into overall business operations. This also signified our concerns for our customers, employees and the society as a whole.
